Ownership and Funding

The Clean Machine (thecleanmachine.org) is an independent online publication owned and operated by a small independent publisher based in the Czech Republic. It is not affiliated with any company, brand, organization or government, and it is not connected to any website that previously used this domain name.

How we are funded

The Clean Machine is free to read. It is funded by the people who run it and, as the site grows, by display advertising and affiliate links. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not publish sponsored articles.

Advertising

If ads are shown, they are served by third-party ad networks and are visually separated from our content. Advertisers do not choose, review or influence our articles. Details of how ads use cookies are in our privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links to stores may be affiliate links: if you buy something through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never decide what we recommend, and pages with affiliate links say so.
